The Culture Consultancy is in it’s 10th year of business, over this time our company and offering has grown and developed so the existing strap-line was no longer meeting our needs. However, we were struggling to succinctly express what we needed the new line to communicate, so we employed Cc:me to help us. Going through the process with Clare made us realise we had never truly articulated what our brand stood for. All the information was there on the website, in brochures (and some of it in our heads!), but we had never pulled it together in a communicable way – which Clare was able to do with fresh eyes. By establishing our story, values and ultimately the brand essence, the strapline fell into place. Now having a clearly defined brand will really help with consistency in our communications, and also help our team of consultants with selling our complete offering – not just what we do, but how and why we do it.
